Fondée en 1989, DISA à vu le jour en créant des logiciels dans des domaines aussi divers que : L’immobilier (DISAMO), La gestion du temps (PRESTEMPS), La facturation (DISAFACT) Et d’autres logiciels de sauvegardes.
Eric et Marc Deroover, les fondateurs, ont créé DISA pour répondre à un besoin rencontré dans le domaine du courtage immobilier et ont développé le logiciel Disamo qui, très vite, à pris la place de leader sur le marché belge. Nous avons été les premiers à louer notre logiciel sur le marché.
Dans la foulée du développement de logiciel, nous avons été confronté à la vente du matériel qui accompagne le logiciel. Contrairement à beaucoup d’entreprises qui font du logiciel, nous avons également vendu du matériel et donc nous avons su proposé à nos clients des solutions « clés sur porte ». Ceci nous a permis de développer nos compétences en hardware (réseau, ordinateurs, imprimantes, logiciels).
Depuis 2005, nous avons abandonné doucement le développement de logiciel pour nous consacrer à la vente et la maintenance de matériel informatique (gestion de parc). Devenu spécialiste Microsoft® dès 2005, nous avons vendu, configuré et maintenu des réseaux de tailles diverses.
Notre secteur de prédilection est la TPE (de 2 à 30 personnes).
En 2013, Nous sommes devenus Silver Cloud Partner Microsoft®, ce qui nous confère la compétence pour les technologies Microsoft 365® (Sharepoint et Cloud Microsoft dans son ensemble.
En 2016, Olivier a rejoint l’équipe dans son rôle de technicien informatique pour améliorer la qualité et surtout notre réactivité à intervenir en cas de panne ou de problème(s) quelconque(s).
En 2021, Jonah rejoint l’équipe dans le rôle de Technicien-Commercial & Web Designer afin de donner une nouvelle image au site internet de DISA, mais également aussi à la communication de l’entreprise (Réseaux sociaux, articles (disponible dans la partie « Actualités« , e-mailings, publicités, etc…). Il s’occupera par la suite des sauvegardes et de la gestion complète des NAS de nos clients ainsi que la gestion des parc informatiques avec Olivier.
Dans le même temps, Eric a développé ses compétences en matière de Gestions de parc informatique en configurant et gérant, à lui seul, un parc informatique conséquent, d’environ 50 serveurs et 30 postes de travail sur Paris dans le domaine de la télé-surveillance. Cette gestion s’est accompagnée d’un développement de compétences dans les technologies VmWARE®, SonicWall®, PaloAlto®, RSA Security Token, Anti-virus Réseau, VPN.

Notre méthodologie de travail diffère en fonction des besoins de chacun. Chaque client est unique et doit avoir SA solution.
Nous préconisons la vente de matériel informatique accompagné d’un contrat de maintenance qui vous garanti des interventions dans des délais fixés. (parfois plus rapide encore que ce qui est défini dans le contrat). Nous mettons un point d’honneur à vous fournir l’assistance la plus efficace et la plus rapide qui soit. Beaucoup de petits problèmes se règlent par téléphone et ne nécessitent pas forcément une intervention sur site. Dans la mesure de nos possibilités, nous répondons tout de suite et tentons de résoudre votre / vos souci(s). DISA à toujours donné la priorité aux rapports humains. Chez DISA vous ne serez jamais un « numéro » , pas question de vous demander, lors de vos appels, si vous avez un contrat et quel en est son numéro, etc … Nous ne travaillons pas de cette manière. Nous commençons en 2022 à proposer du matériel informatique à la location avec un contrat « Full Omnium » et « Full maintenance » qui vous garanti de profiter en permanence d’un matériel performant et en état de fonctionnement optimal.
