Terms and conditions

DISA services are subject to the terms below.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all services are subject to these terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance

Any use of our services implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Delivery times are provided for information only and do not constitute a firm commitment. Delays shall not give rise to compensation or termination.

Services are based on information provided by the client. They are carried out with due care but without any absolute guarantee of results.

Any complaint must be submitted within 8 days by registered mail, otherwise it will be considered invalid.

In case of non-payment:

Warranties are suspended in case of non-compliance with obligations, particularly in case of late payment.

The absence of a translation in the client’s language does not affect the validity of these terms.

The client is responsible for their data and must ensure proper backups.

Goods are transported at the buyer’s risk. Shipping costs are borne by the client.

The courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For disputes below €1,735, the Justice of the Peace of Schaerbeek is competent.

The client acknowledges the technical specifications of the equipment. DISA guarantees only compliance with those specifications.

Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective equipment. No indirect damages may be claimed.

Products are covered by a 3-month warranty, without automatic renewal.

Software is provided with care but without any guarantee of compatibility. Liability is limited to replacement or refund.

Services are billed on a time basis. Travel costs may be charged depending on distance.
