Microsoft Sharepoint sert à stocker en ligne (dans le cloud) dans des dossiers, appelés « Sites », qui sont aussi des pages internet, l’entièreté des documents, et autres, de votre entreprise ! C’est exactement le même principe que OneDrive, sauf que ce dernier est plus réservé au privé, tandis que le Sharepoint sert de partage avec votre entreprise !
Nous allons voir ensemble comment synchroniser les documents de votre entreprise directement sur votre ordinateur, et les faire apparaître directement dans l’explorateur de fichiers.
Rendez-vous sur le site Office de Microsoft via le lien : www.office.com et cliquez sur « Connexion » ou « Se connecter »
2. Inscrivez-y votre adresse mail
3. Votre mot de passe …
4. Tout en haut à gauche, cliquez sur les 9 petits carrés
5. Sélectionnez « SharePoint »
(Si vous ne le retrouvez pas dans la liste, cliquez sur « Toutes les applications » et retrouver le dans la liste. Si vous ne le voyez toujours pas, assurez-vous d’avoir la licence nécessaire de Microsoft 365)
6. Cliquez ensuite sur la petite map monde
7. Vous retrouverez tous les sites auxquels vous êtes abonnés.
Assurez-vous d’y avoir les droits et d’avoir reçu l’invitation à rejoindre le groupe pour pouvoir le suivre.
(Dans le cas où vous ne retrouverez pas votre site dans la liste ci-dessus. Vous pouvez chercher directement dans la barre de recherche en tapant le nom de votre site avec l’orthographe exacte.)
